The Borough of Downingtown has several parks for resident enjoyment. Our parks offer a variety of recreational opportunities, including biking, hiking, nature trails, fishing and picnicking.
Kerr Park
***Kerr Memorial Park Fund ***
This fund was created through the generosity of Elizabeth Baldwin Fisher, whose 2003 estate was distributed to the Borough of Downingtown to benefit Kerr Memorial Park.The goal is to grow this initial endowment to a level sufficient to support the anticipated future operating, program, and capital needs of Kerr Memorial Park.
