POSITION:         Part-time Park Ranger 

DEPARTMENT:     Downingtown Police 

The Borough of Downingtown is accepting applications for temporary part-time positions.  This outdoor, seasonal work will be from May through September.  Under general supervision, monitor Borough parks on foot and on bicycle to implement parks and playground regulations.  Candidates must be people oriented, with a friendly disposition, and must be able to articulate to relay accurate and complete information.  Evenings and weekend hours required.  Rate of pay is $10.00/hour; uniforms are provided.

Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply.  Successful applicants required to pass a physical exam, including drug screening, prior to placement.
