Collection Day - Tuesday

All trash set out for collection must be placed in
waterproof containers not to exceed 30 gallons in capacity or 60 pounds in weight.
Be sure your trash is properly contained and does not exceed the six (6) can limit.
Vine, hedge and tree trimmings (all wooden products)
must be tied securely in bundles, not to exceed four (4') feet in length and two (2') feet
in diameter.
No refuse containers shall be set out for collection
prior to 6:00 PM on Monday (the day before collection) and no refuse containers shall
remain at the curb after 10:00 PM on Tuesday (the day of collection).
Bulk Trash

Residents are permitted to place one (1) bulky item
(stove, sofa, mattress, rolled rug, etc.) out at curbside with their refuse
on the last Tuesday of the month.
According to the Clean Air Act, no person shall
dispose of a freon containing appliance, such as refrigerators, freezers or air
conditioners without first having the freon properly removed. The Borough's
contracted waste hauler will not accept these appliances unless they have a sticker
attached to them as a proof that the freon was removed. For information on freon

Recycling
Collection Day - Thursday
Type of Collection- Commingled
and Mixed Paper Collected Curbside
Commingled collection means that all of the materials
designated by the Borough as "recyclable materials" may be mixed together in
your recycling containers and placed out curbside for collection.
The materials included in "mixed paper" may
be together in your recycling container and placed out curbside in addition to your
commingled containers for Thursday collection.
