COVID-19 UPDATE - Borough closures/cancellations

Downingtown Borough Hall and Annex Building will be closed to the public until further notice.
Borough employees will be available via phone and email during regular business hours of 8:30am-4:30pm.
Parking tickets and sewer/refuse payments can be paid through our website or deposited in the drop box behind Borough Hall.

Update: 3/24/20  
In our ongoing efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the Borough is implementing the following:
Paid parking in Borough parking lots will be suspended until further notice. (this may be extended in the future)  **2 hour parking, permit parking, and all other parking regulations WILL BE ENFORCED.
Until Gov. Wolf lifts the Emergency Declaration, all Borough park playgrounds, skatepark and basketball court are closed and there will be no restroom facilities available (parks will remain open); all Borough events are cancelled; all pavilion reservations are cancelled.
