Payment Options
- During normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, at Borough Hall. Come in with any and all tickets and the payment. Make sure you receive and keep your receipt. Payment can be taken in cash, check, or money order.
- At any time in the payment drop box behind Borough Hall. Please include name and contact information with payment.
- Pay by credit card by utilizing our online ticket payment resource.
Parking Violation Fines
For regular parking violations, the fine starts at $15. After 7 calendar days, it increases to $20. If payment is not received, a citation will be issued. When a citation is issued, the cost of the ticket, as well as additional court costs, is due to Downingtown District Court. Upon receipt of the citation, District Court will issue a summons to appear.
