DOWNINGTOWN BOROUGH ZONING HEARING BOARD MEETING NOTICE

The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Downingtown, Chester County, PA, will meet on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at Borough Hall, 4 West Lancaster Avenue to consider:

Application ZHB 2024-002: 121 Manor Ave. AM LLC for the property located at 121 Manor Avenue (R-4 Zoning District) for a variance/special exception from Downingtown Code Section 287-101.4 to operate a Group Home with up to 10 unrelated residents with reference to this change from a nonconforming use pursuant to Section 287-123.

Applicants may request other relief that may be necessary based on the evidence presented. The Board may consider other matters as may properly come before it. All who wish may attend and be heard.
