The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Downingtown, Chester County, PA, will meet on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. at Borough Hall, 4 West Lancaster Avenue to consider:
Application 2017-003: Croce Cataldo and Claudia Plata owners of 200 Chestnut Street and 372 Jefferson Avenue (R-4 Single-Family/Two-Family/Multi-Family Residential District), for Variance to Use [§287-32], Maximum Other Impervious Surface Coverage [§287-33.A (4)] and Nonconforming Use [§287-123.B], Floodplain District [287-12] Requirements.
Applicants may request other relief that may be necessary based on the evidence presented.
The Board may consider other matters as may properly come before it.
