Sewer/Refuse Certification

For Downingtown Borough properties, a Sewer/Refuse Certification is required at the time the property is sold.  This Certification will be accurate to the date of settlement, but must be requested at least two weeks before the date of settlement.  To request a Sewer/Refuse Certification, download and submit a request form, and a $10 check payable to the Borough of Downingtown, to the address below.
