Downingtown Borough Real Estate Bills
Downingtown Borough Tax Bills are mailed out on April 1. Bills are only mailed to homeowners. If taxes are escrowed, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to forward to their mortgage company.
Payments can be mailed to: S&T Bank, P.O. Box 1004, Downingtown, PA 19335-0904 or paid in person at any S&T branch. Please include bill payment stub.
This office collects Borough Real Estate taxes only. Borough real estate tax = 7.65 mills
