DPD Contact Information

The Chester County Department of Emergency Services (CCDES) handles primary dispatch responsibilities for the Downingtown Police Department. CCDES answers all emergency calls (Dial 911) and non-emergency calls (Dial 610-383-7000) initiated within Downingtown Borough and East Caln Township. CCDES will dispatch appropriate police, fire, and emergency medical units based on the information that they receive.
